Bill and Carol have successfully closed more than $100,000,000 in real estate transactions since moving to Houston County in 1987. Among their numerous accolades is the coveted "Top Production Phoenix Award" presented to each of them by the Central Georgia Board of Realtors. Earning the Phoenix award requires proven top production for over 10 years. In 2003, Carol earned the 15 year "Eagle Award" for top production for 15 consecutive years. Bill and Carol are both also Life Members of the Million Dollar Club.

So what makes Bill and Carol the professional team that they are? It begins with a combined 60+ years of real estate experience and continues with the fact that they're down-to-earth, very nice people who want to provide you with the kind of service they know everyone expects and deserves.

Carol became a realtor in South Carolina in 1975, working hard to become owner and manager of the largest real estate company in Laurens County. 

Bill, the son of a builder (father) and real estate broker (mother), entered the field in 1969 in California. When Bill and Carol joined forces in 1980, it seemed the natural thing to do. They have been a successful team for over 20 years. They have built homes, developed subdivisions and taught real estate to new, aspiring agents. Bill and Carol have assisted more than 1,000 sellers find buyers for their homes.

Carol was born and raised in Middle Georgia and in 1987, she and Bill returned to serve the community that is their home. Their pride in Warner Robins and Houston County is evident. This is their community; they live here too and they want it to be the best possible place for their family as well as your family.
