	As you step into the lovely Foyer, you'll be as impressed by the interior of the home as much as by the exterior. From the beautiful glass-inset front door and hanging light fixture to the laminated flooring, this is an entrance that's special.
	On the left of the Foyer is this formal Parlor, brightly lit by large windows. At present it's being utilized as an office and reading room.
	In front of the Foyer is the large Great Room with vaulted ceilings. The vent-less Fireplace features Gas Logs while the French Doors open to a covered patio and a back yard.
	A turn to the right from the Great Room brings us to the nicely appointed Kitchen. It's equipped with modern appliances, including a smooth top stove, stainless steel sink and a side x side Fridge that remains with the home. The counter tops are tile and there's a Breakfast Bar too.
	The Kitchen has an adjoining Breakfast Area where the family can enjoy most of their daily meals.
