	This view down the West side of the home shows the attached two car garage plus the detached garage/building at the end of the concrete drive. More about the detached building later.
	This is the entrance foyer that will greet you as you enter through the beautiful front door. The hardwood floors simply glow with warmth. As you go through the pictures, take notice of the immaculate condition of the home. It really is exceptional.
	Immediately in front of the foyer is the Great Room. It's large and features a Fireplace that will warm the cold Winter evenings.

	Next we'll view the magnificent Kitchen in three pictures. This is a look at the general layout.
	In this picture it's easy to see the solid surface stove, built-in microwave oven and built-in oven.
	This view shows the deep Americast-type sink, dishwasher and large Ice Maker. You've no doubt already noticed the warm honey-blonde cabinets and tile flooring.
	The tile flooring in the Kitchen extends into the large Breakfast area. The first door to the left opens into the Great Room while the door in the rear goes to the Florida Room.
	For special family meals or for entertaining guests the formal Dining Room is perfect.
	There are three Bedrooms downstairs. This is Bedroom Two which is being used as a computer and reading room at the moment. Bedroom Three is similar.
	The Master Bedroom is on the main level of the home and is quite large. It features a custom ceiling and French Doors that open to the Florida Room.
	This is the Florida Room. It's sure to become one of the favorite rooms in the home.
	The Master Bath has a gorgeous Vanity with a full-length mirror, custom light bar and a twin basin cultured marble top.

The wood used to finish this room was salvaged from a barn built in the 1840's and is of the very highest quality. Superlatives seem inadequate when trying to describe the beauty of this room.
	The second upstairs Bedroom is also cavernous. It has a full Bath and large Walk-in Closet so it could be a Mother-in-Law Suite too. Or, it could be a Den or play room. So many possibilities!
	This is the full Bath off of the last Bedroom. You'll note that the fully contained tub and shower is reflected in the mirror.
	The Walk-in Closet for the last Bedroom is larger than many Master Bedroom Closets.
	The 18 x 36 in-ground pool is fabulous! The filtration system uses a salt filter. You'll be grateful for the pool when the hot Georgia Summer arrives. In the background can be seen part of the privacy fence that surrounds the back yard. It's not an ordinary fence; the owner used deck planking to construct it. It's truly heavy duty and solid.
	In our final view we can clearly see the detached building and garage. Also note the dog pen that has plenty of room for a pet or two. The detached building not only has a two car garage but has additional space downstairs and upstairs too. The space is unfinished but could easily be made into a separate living quarter with a full Bath upstairs and a 3/4 Bath down. This home is unique for it's value and features.
