Your first view of the home's interior
will be the Foyer. The front door is framed by side light windows and you'll
be impressed by the hardwood floors, crown molding and the overhead light
fixture. |
 |
In front of you will be the expansive
Living Room with vaulted ceiling and open beams. The hardwood floors are
simply gorgeous. In the center background can be seen the Kitchen Breakfast
area. |
 |
This is the view of the Living Room when
standing in the end near the Kitchen. Note the beautiful Fireplace that has
a brick face extending all the way to the ceiling. |
 |
Turning around we now see the large
Breakfast Area with lots of window light. |
 |
Here we're looking at the galley Kitchen
as seen from the Breakfast Area. The counter tops are genuine granite and
they are spectacular! The hardwood flooring and honey blonde cabinets
brighten this exceptional Kitchen. In the background is the formal Dining
Room. |
 |
Standing in the doorway to the Dining Room
and looking back at the Kitchen shows the modern, up-to-date appliances.
Note the built-in microwave oven, electric oven, fridge, smooth top stove,
dishwasher and the deep double sinks. |
 |
For special guests or family gatherings,
the formal Dining Room is perfect. Note the lovely chandelier and three
large windows. |
 |
After dinner, you and your guests can
relax in the comfort of the Den. It's also the perfect room in which to
read. |
 |
There are four bedrooms and this is number
Two. |
 |
Bedroom Three is presently being utilized
as a library and computer room. |
 |
Bedroom Four is similar in size to
bedrooms Two and Three. It's presently a reading room. |
 |
The Hall Bath serves the three secondary
bedrooms. It's a full bath and here we see the vanity with a custom light
bar and full length mirror. |
 |
The Hall Bath also has a combination tub
and shower. It's not the camera angle: the curtain rod really is curved! |
 |
The Master Bedroom is awesome! It's HUGE
and features a sitting area by the large windows that look out on the back
yard and lake. |
 |
The Master Bedroom as seen from the
sitting area. |
 |
The Master Bath vanity is similar to the
one in the Hall Bath although of a different color. |
 |
The Master Bath features a garden style
tub and shower combination. The shower is a European style with a flexible
hose. |
 |
The Master Bath also has a second vanity
that's separate from the main vanity. |
 |
Stepping outside onto the covered back
porch, we can look down on the stone surface patio. It's perfect for
cookouts or kicking back and enjoying a cool glass of ice tea. |
 |
The back yard is large and fully enclosed
by a quality aluminum picket fence. You can easily watch children or pets
romp and play in safety. |
 |
The fence has a large gate for access to
the lake side. The breeze across the cool water will be greatly appreciated
on Georgia's hot Summer evenings. |
 |
Looking across the back yard toward the
home, we can see the covered porch and patio. This home is in one of Warner
Robins' nicest neighborhoods and homes on the lake are not easy to find. You
owe it to yourself to see this one! |
