	Welcome to this beautiful home! The entrance Foyer will give you a warm feeling and you'll know that this home is special. The remainder of the home is just as neat and clean as the Foyer.
	As you step through the Foyer, you'll enter the Great Room. A vaulted ceiling with a fan and light cluster plus the large brick faced Fireplace make this room one that the family will love. The door to the right of the Fireplace leads to the concrete Patio which we'll see later.
	Standing by the door to the Patio, we can look back at the Great Room and admire the French Doors that open to the Foyer.
	The Kitchen is nicely laid out and offers expansive counter tops plus all the cabinets you're likely to need.
	Looking from the Kitchen toward the Breakfast Area. Note the Dishwasher and the easy-care stainless steel sinks. There's even a Breakfast Bar for quick, casual meals.
	The Breakfast Area is large and you'll enjoy taking most of your meals here.
	For those special occasions, there's the formal Dining Room where the whole family or friends can gather.
	Also just off of the Kitchen is a large Laundry Room. The door leads to the two car side-entrance Garage.
	This is Bedroom Two. It's quite large and perfect for the college student or older teen.
	Between Bedrooms Two and Three is a Jack-and-Jill Bath. There's a Tub-Shower combination and a vanity that you'll see more clearly in the next picture.
	This cultured marble single basin Vanity in the Jack-and-Jill Bath is really nice. It features a large mirror and a custom light bar.
	Bedroom Three is large and inviting.
	Of course, the Master Bedroom is very important and this one is really great. Note the custom recessed ceiling and the fan with light cluster.
	As you enter the Master Bath, you'll notice the lovely Garden Tub and the "His-n-Hers" Vanities; one on each side of the Garden Tub.
	Looking down the length of the Master Bath. There are two large closets and in the room at the end is a shower and toilet.
	We promised you a picture of the Patio and here it is. What a wonderful place to have a cook-out or just relax.
